In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "97pk6" or "the Platform" refers to the online casino and sports betting service operated at 97pk6.com, including all sub-sections, games, promotions, and account services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered a 97pk6 account or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the personalised account created by a Player upon registration at 97pk6, through which all gaming activity, deposits, withdrawals, and communications are managed.
• "Wallet" refers to the PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's 97pk6 Account, comprising deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings, as applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits awarded by 97pk6 under any active promotion, subject to separate bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be played through on eligible games before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money balance.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the portion of a Player's Wallet comprising deposited funds and cleared winnings that are eligible for withdrawal, excluding any locked Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by 97pk6's compliance obligations before processing withdrawals or in response to risk indicators.

To be eligible to open and use a 97pk6 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are using your own true identity and are not impersonating any other person.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, agent, or close relative of an employee of 97pk6 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not been previously excluded from the 97pk6 platform, whether by self-exclusion or by action of 97pk6.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under local law, and you take sole responsibility for ensuring your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction.

97pk6 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity from any Player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by 97pk6 may result in account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment source after deducting any winnings generated, which shall be forfeited.

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) 97pk6 account only. The existence of duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. 97pk6 employs automated and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Upon detection, 97pk6 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all wagers, and forfeit any balances.

When registering your 97pk6 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. 97pk6 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from inaccurate information provided by the Player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 97pk6 login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account using your credentials is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 97pk6 support immediately.

Account registration is free. 97pk6 does not charge any fee for creating an account. However, minimum deposit requirements apply before gameplay is available.

97pk6 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following supported payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and approved cryptocurrency wallets. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. No deposit fee is charged by 97pk6 on local Pakistani payment methods; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently of 97pk6.

All deposits are credited to your 97pk6 Wallet in PKR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. 97pk6 does not guarantee any specific conversion rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit and conversion.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within one (1) business day. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

97pk6 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Documentation may include a valid government-issued CNIC, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays at the withdrawal stage.

97pk6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 97pk6 bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are separate from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
• The standard wagering requirement for welcome bonuses is stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified; uncompleted wagering will result in forfeiture of remaining Bonus Funds.
• Bonus Funds are generally not withdrawable. Only the Real Money winnings generated from completing the wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal.
• Each Player is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Claiming bonuses through duplicate accounts is treated as fraud.
• 97pk6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
• 97pk6 reserves the right to withhold bonus awards or void bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: use of low-variance strategies to complete wagering, coordinated play with other accounts, or exploitation of technical errors.

Players who do not wish to receive bonuses may opt out by contacting 97pk6 support prior to making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to an account, the associated wagering requirements cannot be removed unless a formal bonus removal is requested and processed by 97pk6, which may result in the forfeiture of any remaining bonus balance and associated winnings.

All games available on the 97pk6 platform — including live casino tables, slot games, sports betting markets, Super Bingo, Fishing Yi Lu Fa, and any other titles — are subject to their individual game rules in addition to these Terms & Conditions. Individual game rules are accessible within each game interface.

All casino game outcomes at 97pk6 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, or in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of real-world game events conducted under studio conditions. 97pk6 does not manipulate game outcomes. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slots and table games are published by the respective game providers and are available upon request.

For sports betting, the following conditions apply:

• All bets are accepted subject to 97pk6's published betting rules for the relevant sport and market type.
• 97pk6 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond the stated settlement period, or affected by circumstances outside 97pk6's control.
• In-play bets are accepted at 97pk6's discretion. Odds for live markets are updated in real time and the odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that will apply to settlement.
• Maximum bet limits per event and per market apply and are displayed within the betting interface. 97pk6 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player.
• Any bet suspected of being placed with knowledge of a fixed or manipulated sporting outcome will be voided and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, software error, or server fault — 97pk6's recorded transaction log shall be the definitive record for resolving any dispute. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the affected stake will be returned to the Player's Wallet.

Players must not engage in any conduct that 97pk6 reasonably determines to be abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the Platform or to other Players. The following activities are explicitly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Opening more than one 97pk6 account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated systems to interact with the 97pk6 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in any 97pk6 game or system for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting a malfunction are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker-style games or coordinated sports betting strategies designed to circumvent maximum bet limits.
• Any form of money laundering or use of the 97pk6 platform to process proceeds of criminal activity. 97pk6 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to relevant compliance authorities.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communication with 97pk6 support staff or other Players through any Platform channel.
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, such as creating a new account during an active self-exclusion period.

97pk6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• A Player is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player's identity, age, or payment method cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• 97pk6 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses or promotions.
• A Player has self-excluded and attempts to open or access any 97pk6 account during the exclusion period.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from a licensing authority require 97pk6 to restrict or close the account.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, 97pk6 reserves the right to withhold the full account balance, including Real Money Balance, to the extent permitted under applicable law and the Platform's licensing obligations. Where an account is closed without fault on the Player's part, the verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent qualifying payment method.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 97pk6 support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course. Bonus Funds remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

97pk6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing Players with the tools they need to keep their gambling within safe and enjoyable limits. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 97pk6 Players directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 97pk6 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 97pk6 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the 97pk6 platform.
• Using the 97pk6 brand name, logo, or any associated marks in any manner that implies endorsement or association without express written authorisation.
• Scraping, crawling, or extracting data from the 97pk6 platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of 97pk6 intellectual property may result in legal action. Players who encounter any content on the Platform they believe infringes a third party's intellectual property rights are encouraged to report this to 97pk6 support.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 97pk6 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors affecting access to the Platform or the completion of game rounds.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any banking institution.
• Decisions made by a Player in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or balance figures that are subsequently found to have been displayed in error.
• Losses resulting from the Player's own use of the Platform, including gambling losses, which are the sole financial responsibility of the Player.

97pk6's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player to 97pk6 in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

97pk6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside them. By registering a 97pk6 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 97pk6 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, responsible gaming compliance, and where consent has been given, marketing communications. 97pk6 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared with third parties only where required for the operation of the Platform (such as payment processors and KYC service providers) or where required by law or regulatory authority.

97pk6 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Your continued use of the 97pk6 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any particular transaction or event shall govern that transaction or event.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 97pk6 holds its gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is stated in the licensing information available on the 97pk6 platform.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and 97pk6, the Player should first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting 97pk6 support directly. 97pk6 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes fairly and within a reasonable timeframe. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated under 97pk6's gaming licence. The outcome of any game round as recorded in 97pk6's server logs shall be treated as conclusive evidence of the result of that round in any dispute proceeding, in the absence of demonstrated technical error on 97pk6's part.
